WHERE TO APPLY

Massage into your lower back, behind your knees, and the tops of your feet 20 minutes before bedtime. These areas are ideal for absorption, allowing magnesium to help relax your muscles, calm your body, and support a restful night’s sleep.

HOW MUCH TO APPLY

Apply 1-2 pumps into the palm of your hand. Use more if needed to cover the areas comfortably. Allow the lotion to absorb fully before getting dressed or into bed. For best results, incorporate into your daily routine consistently.

CAN I APPLY IT DURING THE DAY?

Yes! Apply 1–2 pumps to your upper body, chest, and arms anytime for a calming, relaxing effect.

Will it make me sleepy?
Gratefully no! Evening use on your lower back, behind your knees, and tops of your feet helps relax the sciatic nerve, supporting restful sleep. Daytime use on the upper body is calming but won’t make you drowsy.

    ALLERGIES

    If you experience skin sensitivity, stop using the lotion. A mild itch may sometimes occur - this can happen if your body is low in Magnesium. If the reaction isn’t related to Magnesium, discontinue use.
