Content Lead

As a fast-growing brand, we're looking for a creative, organised and highly motivated Content Lead to help shape the future of ANNA'S content and continue building our presence as a trusted voice in women's health and wellness.
The Role
As Content Lead, you will own the planning, creation and execution of content across ANNA'S social media channels, website and marketing campaigns.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves creating content, understands what makes content perform, and is equally comfortable developing strategy as they are filming, editing and producing content.
You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager to bring our content strategy to life, ensuring ANNA'S continues to educate, inspire and engage our community across every customer touchpoint.
Based in our Sunshine Coast Hinterland office, this role involves regular content creation, filming, product shoots, campaign production and collaboration with both internal and external creative partners.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Leadership
- Own and manage ANNA'S social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest and emerging platforms.
- Plan and execute content aligned with business objectives and content pillars.
- Develop content that drives engagement, community growth and brand awareness.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, social trends and emerging opportunities.
- Monitor content performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Content Creation & Production
- Act as the primary content creator for ANNA'S across product launches, events, photoshoots, podcasts and day-to-day brand activities.
- Film, edit and produce engaging short-form and long-form content.
- Confidently appear on camera when required and direct others during content creation.
- Create educational, lifestyle and product-focused content aligned with the ANNA'S brand.
- Develop content concepts, storyboards and creative briefs.
- Create social assets, presentations and marketing materials using Canva.
- Ensure all content aligns with ANNA'S visual identity and brand guidelines.
Campaigns & Photoshoots
- Coordinate and support lifestyle, campaign, product and studio photoshoots.
- Work closely with photographers, videographers, creators and external agencies.
- Coordinate content creators, influencers and UGC contributors.
- Maximise content captured from shoots across multiple channels and campaigns.
Content Strategy & Planning
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop content strategies, campaign themes and annual content pillars.
- Manage content calendars across social media, website, email, podcasts and marketing campaigns.
- Identify opportunities based on customer insights, product launches, seasonal moments and industry trends.
- Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and compliance requirements.
Website & Content Coordination
- Coordinate website content updates and product content requirements.
- Support content creation for new product launches and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure content requirements are met across paid advertising, email marketing and website initiatives.
- Maintain consistency across all customer touchpoints.
About You
Essential
- 3+ years' experience in content creation, social media, content marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
- Proven ability to identify trends and translate them into content that aligns with a brand.
- Confidence filming, editing and producing content for social media.
- Comfortable both behind and in front of the camera.
- Proficiency in Canva and a strong eye for design, layout and visual storytelling.
- Excellent copywriting, editing and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience using content scheduling and project management tools.
Highly Desirable
- Experience within wellness, skincare, beauty, health or women's health industries.
- Experience creating content for global or multi-market brands.
- Understanding of Australian advertising and health claim regulations.
- Experience working with influencers, creators and brand ambassadors.
- Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo or similar marketing platforms.
