How To Use

Where to apply?

Apply 1-2 pumps into the palm of your hand and massage into your lower back, behind your knees and tops of your feet 20 minutes prior to bedtime.

Can I use it during the day?

YES! You can also apply 1-2 pumps to your upper body, chest and arms anytime during the day to assist mind relaxation.

Will it make me sleepy if I use during the day?

Gratefully no! When you apply it in the evening to your lower back, behind the knees and tops of your feet, you are relaxing your sciatic nerve (the longest nerve in the body) which has a direct link to the brain (head of the nervous system). However, when you apply it to your upper body throughout the day the magnesium has a calming effect, but isn't targeting that sciatic nerve.

Our lotion is vegan, scientifically-formulated, made in Australia and absorbs easily into the skin.

Aqua, Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Cetearyl Alcohol, Ceteareth-20, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract, Glycerin, Glyceryl Monostearate, Potassium Sorbate, Xanthan Gum, Lavandula angustifolia, (Lavender) Oil, Sodium Benzoate, Citric Acid.

Scent & Texture

ANNA'S Magnesium Bedtime Lotion has a soothing Lavender and Chamomile scent. We don’t use any perfumes or added fragrances in any of our products. Any scent you notice comes purely from the natural ingredients.

It has a non-greasy texture that absorbs easily into the skin.

Parcels are sent via Australia Post, DHL International or DHL Express Worldwide.

All international shipments are subject to:

    Sleepless nights

    Anna's Magnesium

    Awesome product. Had a horse kick my leg. My leg came up like a balloon rubbing Aloe vera and Anna's magnesium on my leg and I sleep through the night no pain killers at all.

    A MUST HAVE!!

    I purchased this magnesium cream along with my Yam cream and WOW is all I can say!! This works wonders and I have slept better the last month than I have in years. I take magnesium on the regular for its health benefits, but this cream is next level. As directed, I put in on about 20-30 minutes before crawling in bed, and let it do its thing!! It helps me to sleep deeper and more soundly than before. I also find myself sleeping through the night these days, where I struggled in the past with this. It's AMAZING cream!
